Carpal tunnel can have many causes from computer work to exercises. One such problem can be push ups. Yes thats right, push ups! If you exercise doing push ups you will hyperextend your wrist and put pressure on the carpal tunnel causing subluxation with the wrist bones. What to do you ask?
