Back pain is the end result of an issue. Animals are stoic and do not show pain until the problem has progressed. When you have your animal adjusted the aim is to correct the cause of the pain not just relieve the pain. This will normally take more that one visit since as stated the problem has persisted usually before the animal has shown symptoms.
