Back pain is a symptom not a problem. Everyone is focused on fixing back pain when the real care should be focused on the cause of the pain. Think of it this way, if the pain and symptom disappears the cause may not. The medical model of care is to treat the symptom w pain killers and anti-inflam meds, and that is all. This is like spraying water on the smoke alarm and not the fire.
