hip pain in dogs - lame dog rear leg - chiropractor for dogs south shore boston, cape cod, nantucket, boston

This is the Gluteus Medius Muscle in your dog. This muscle goes from the pelvis to the femur. Movement produced by this muscle is extension of the hip. If there is a loss of normal Sacroiliac motion then this muscle will be affected and your dog will have problems bringing the rear leg back as well as decreased jumping. Adjustments to the sacroiliac, myofascial work to the muscle along with cold laser will improve this condition.
